If you have an emergency, you can bring your pet in straight away, but we do appreciate a call to help us prepare.

For the same reason a medical doctor won’t, it’s both unethical and illegal. Without physically examining an animal, it’s impossible for the veterinarian to come up with an accurate diagnosis and rational plan of treatment.

A complete physical examination and possibly other diagnostic tests are required to determine the cause of the symptoms and best course of treatment. And some medications are considered prescription medicines and it is illegal to dispense such items without a physical consultation.

Yes, we do treat other pets, such as rabbits, Ferrets, Chickens, Rats, Guinea Pigs, and Ducks.

No, unfortunately, we can only book surgeries during weekdays.

All injured wildlife that is brought into the practice will be triaged by one of our veterinarians before being transferred to our dedicated wildlife carers.
